Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: Feel free to open the item and look at the product, but it must be returned in the same condition as it arrived.

Please order carefully as postage on return goods must be paid for by the customer and we may not refund the postage costs. We recommend you return items using a signed for service.

If sending returns from the UK and other non-European Union Countries, make sure returns are marked “Return of Goods” otherwise any customs charges for returns back into Ireland will need to be deducted from the refund.

Please double check the delivery address before confirming order. If you notice a mistake after purchase, email ASAP and we can change before they are shipped.
